Our approach is all about combining high quality video production with independent verification to produce genuine, honest testimonials that benefit your business. To make sure that happens, we’ve developed an efficient and effective four stage process encompassing PLANNING, FILMING & VERIFICATION, EDITING & DELIVERY and MARKETING & MEASUREMENT – that consistently produces our unique, high quality verified video testimonials.

STAGE 1 – PLANNING

This is the most important part of the process, which is why every truthful testimonial video is well planned. From helping to get a ‘yes’ from your customers to managing all of the logistics, we make it very easy.

STAGE 2 – FILMING & VERIFICATION

On filming day, it’s important your customer feels relaxed and confident. Which is why we spend lots of time coaching and encouraging them, so they’ll deliver a great performance and enjoy the experience. We don’t need your customers for long either, it only takes 30-minutes to film and verify their testimonial.

STAGE 3 – EDITING & DELIVERY

Editing is pretty speedy, you’ll get your video testimonials for approval within five working days. Once you’re happy, we’ll deliver the final video files in a way that makes it very easy to publish them on your website and marketing channels. If you’re not very techy, don’t worry we can help.

STAGE 4 – MARKETING & MEASUREMENT
